Saskatchewan Drama Festivals
Since its inception Saskatoon Gateway Players has striven to choose plays not only to catch the interest of our local audiences and to entertain them, but also to challenge our artists and our creative production staff as well. The festivals of the Saskatchewan Region of the Dominion Drama Festival (recently under the name of Theatre Saskatchewan) provide a forum to see productions from similar theatre companies across the province, and to measure these performances at the provincial level in a professionally adjudicated setting. Margaret Woodward Hall of Fame
We are proud of the honour bestowed upon the following individuals who are or have been Gateway members and whose contributions to theatre here, in our Province and in Canada have been recognized by their induction into the Margaret Woodward Theatre Hall of Fame:
